Replacements and Store Credits are issued at our discretion depending on the level of damage to the plant. A Replacement or Store Credit may be refused by Enchanted Gardens MN at any time if the customer does not completely adhere to the care & responsibilities guidelines associated with the instruction card "How to Care for Your Plant Upon Arrival", included in every order.
We have a 30-day guarantee, which means requests for replacements or store credits must be submitted within a 30 day period after receiving your plant.
As per the what to do guidelines mentioned above, if you choose to repot your plant before the 30 day time frame, you will be voiding your guarantee.
To start a case, you can fill out our Contact Us form or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your submission, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of a store credit. Please remember it can take some time for our customer service team to review your case and approve your refund.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with pictures immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.
Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept exchanges at this time.
